Returns & Excahnges

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to issue you a refund in the form of an exchange or store credit for future purchases. You may receive credit within 5 days after the item has been marked received as long as it is returned in its original form with tags attached and invoice/receipt included in box.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges for returned items. 

Original shipping costs are not credited back or refunded. 5% Restocking fee may be applied if the item/items are no longer in stock.

ANY items sent back after the 5 day mark will need approval from a store manager. This can be achieved through calling our store or emailing us at simplydetailed4U@aol.com or shopsimplydetailed@aol.com.
